On April 15, 2016, we reported on 3 years of data at the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association 86th Annual Convention. We will also delivered a talk on these results at Metropolitan State University on Friday, April 22nd.
We would like to offer gratitude to Give Back Yoga Foundation for a generous grant to purchase a Heart Rate Variability system from Heartmath, which will allow us to further this important research and incorporate physiological measurements as well as the self-reported, perceived stress.
